Scott Winch joined Kerkstra Precast in September 2009. He has 9 years experience engineering precast concrete products. Scott is a graduate of Milwaukee School of Engineering with a BS in Architectural Engineering. His primary responsibilities at Kerkstra Precast are designing precast components and details, checking piece tickets, and helping outside engineers as much as possible.
