Kerkstra provided a variety of precast materials for this project. Insulated composite-3-3-3, which consists of 3 inches of insulation, surrounded by 3 inches of precast on each side, was a unique product that Kerkstra used for this project.  A total of 187,594 square feet of concrete was used to create this building.
